PROCESS
Since
1994 we have continuously endeavoured to provide the best possible
solutions for our clients, and have, over the years developed a five-stage
process which has become the foundation of the many successful partnerships
we have developed with our clients.
The
process is the primary element in the creation of the ideal solution,
and customer liaison is an integral part of each step of the process.
At
each stage of the process we utilise our knowledge of business analysis,
marketing strategy and thet experience which we and our associates
have developed in design and back-end technology to provide the best
possible solution.

UNDERSTANDING
Understanding
is the first and most important step in the potential partnership.
It is vital that Uview and the client work together to understand
the clients business needs, long-term goals and technical requirements.
During
this first critical step of the process we will provide all of the
knowledge and experience at our disposal to enable the client to get
the greatest possible advantage from the new media solution.
Once
both partners are confident that they are in agreement as regards
the objectives and goals then the next stage in the process can be
tackled.

ANALYSIS
With
the objectives and goals now clearly defined, a structural diagram
or 'skeleton' of the proposed site is prepared detailing how the site
will function and navigate.
This
stage of the process is of primary importance, and ideas and suggestions
move freely between Uview and the client as regards the funtionality
of the solution.
This
process of analysis is essential for Uview to produce the best
possible technical, functional and creative requirements.

DESIGN
Once
all of the structural basics are in place our creative design and
technology sections go to work on the solution.
All
of this work is closely interfaced with the structural diagram and
the technical, funtional and creative requirements form an integral
part of the reference sector.
This
"Look & Feel" part of the process is constantly referred
back to the client to ensure that there is both familiarity with,
and approval of, the visual and functional aspects of the site.

IMPLEMENTATION
Once
we have 'in principle' agreement on the whole 'look & feel' aspect
of the process, Uview then construct the final solution.
Once
complete, we offer the client the facility of maintaining the site,
or having their employees trained to maintain it, and if required
the solution can be integrated with the client's existing systems.

SUPPORT
Uview
will analyse the client's new media solution against the initial long
term goals and business needs for an agreed period of time.
Uview
will provide consultancy on how the client can increase awareness
of the new media solution's core objectives and how the solution can
be expected to evolve over time.
